MCMI-II/III Sample Report (Psych Screen, Inc.)

Note. The MCMI-II/III sample report identifies the respondent as 11 years old. Apparently, this is an editing oversight--the MCMI-III norms are for individuals who are age 18 and older (refer to: Quick Facts, MCMI-III, Pearson Assessments). Otherwise, this sample profile appears to be consistent with an adult respondent. 9-1-03

The summary descriptions and numerical codes are provided for the 1994 edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV). Clinicians and diagnosticians now use the 2000 publication or DSM-IV-TR. However, the fourth publication or DSM-IV is relevant for understanding the DSM multiaxial system, and most of the detailed descriptions of mental disorders are accurate.
